In order to return the Scutum Mobile Security license key, you need to send an email to support@spacescutum.com with the subject of the "Order Return" email.

In the body of the letter indicate:
1) Your Name
2) Contact phone number
3) The reason for the return
4) License key
5) The email address used to activate this license
6) Place of purchase of the license key

After receiving a letter from you, we process an application for a refund within 5 working days.
The funds will be returned to the card from which the license key was purchased within 14 working days from the moment of processing the application.
